Hi. I wanted to reach out to see if anyone can help me in regards to my fit bit versa. I bought it in May 2018 and the charge has always lasted 3-4 days. Recently the charge has been lasting less than 8 hours. I have tried a factory reset. I don’t sync it often. I did complete the update just prior to the problems and have heard complaints with a different types of Fitbit. Could that be what is causing my issues too?

Hi there,
I am currently having the same issue. I recently swapped my defective Fitbit for a new one. I have changed the settings in order to conserve battery life. I took my Fitbit off charge this morning at 9:15 am (100% battery level), it is now 1:40 pm and my battery level is at 55%. My old Versa would last 4 to 5 days before I had to recharge.

Took mine off the charger at 12:56 today. 8 hours later I was down to 55%. Charging right now instead of being in bed because I need it to track my sleep and the last 2 nights it hasn't made it through. Frustrating!!
