Versa/charge2 syncing issue

Anyone else have issues syncing when using two fitbits. I have a versa and a charge 2. Set my versa up an it synced for about 3 hrs then stopped. My fitbit app keeps syncing to my charge 2

I wanna use the versa at home an my charge 2 at work.

That is great! It is a bit annoying with my Ionic to have it on a separate account but it does sync a lot better.

Sounds like the Versa is defective and not syncing.

Try removingnthe charge 2 from your account just to see if the versa syncs without any competition. I have an Ionic and it syncs much better when it is the only tracker in an account. I have set up another account that I run my other two trackers from as everything is much smoother and easier for me without the stress of trying to sync!

I got it working

Removed charge2 from my account restarted my versa, force stopped my app, and restarted Bluetooth

I can not get the versa to sync and I am planning to return it.  I've had other fitbit products and I have never had this problem.
