I contacted customer support yesterday only to be told that my Versa has already been replaced so no covered under warranty. This is not accurate at all as it was brand new to me and I have most definitely not had a fault until now that required a replacement. It charges, then I get only the fitbit logo. Won't turn off. Won't turn on. Unless I charge it. I have cleaned the charge sensors and followed the advice from support. Nothing.
Any advice welcome.

Same issue here, plus when charging logo stays on now instead of screen showing percentage of charge like it used to...second Fitbit, second catastrophic issue, time to go to a better brand
