I had charging issues with my Versa, namely that it wouldn't hold a charge and would die within hours of an overnight charge.
If you're having this issue, try these steps:
1. Reset your Versa (hold left button and bottom right button for a few seconds until the watch reboots)
2. Use a newer phone charger for your Versa (older models like an early iPad wall plug may not have enough wattage)
3. Plug charger directly into the wall. Bypass power strips and battery packs.
4. Charge overnight or as long as you can.
What I discovered was that power strips and battery packs throttle the power and, even though it would charge the Versa, it was short-charging it...not charging fully. My Versa was losing about 30% of its power in an hour. I was using a power strip, but when I plugged it directly into the wall the Versa charged full and now can be used for days without a charge.
I also discovered that by not charging it fully, I had trouble connecting to a wi-fi network and bluetooth was sketchy. Once I used the wall plug, I was able to connect to wi-fi and get the latest Versa firmware update.
BTW, delete the apps you don't use. I did this and I believe it helps from draining the battery. To do this, use your Fitbit app on your phone and delete through there.
Hope this helps.
