I upgraded firmware (current version 32.32.10.15) yesterday. Now my clock face is showing all zero for all information- heart rate, battery life, steps, calories burned, etc. when I swipe down to sub information, the data is there but does not transfer to my clock face. I have tried the troubleshooting ideas:

-upgraded iPhone to latest version IOS 12.1.2

-I shutdown iPhone

-i turned iPhone Bluetooth off and back on

-i restarted my Versa watch

-I forced shutdown my Versa watch.

Still clock face face will not update.

Ok, problem solved. When I went to clock face on the app, there was a message that stated App did not finish installing. I had to click Continue Install 3 times before it finished. Clock face now has all data showing.

Try another sync first.

Which clock face are you using?

You  might try another clock face, or switch to another, then switch back.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
