My year and a half old versa must be at the end of it's life. I tap the screen (after being fully charged) and about half the time the back light on the screen is barely visible with no other display, ie no numbers or anything. I have reset the versa many times by holding the back button and bottom button and that does work for about an hour or two and then it goes back to working intermittently.
So after a full charge or really anytime, about half the time I tap the versa and it does respond but with a blank screen.
Suggestions?
