Versa compatible with MyFitnessPal

In order to sync the two apps I am asked to login to MyFitnessPal. When I try to do it I receive this: 

  • Ein Konto mit dieser E-Mail-Adresse ist bereits vorhanden. meaning, the email address already exists. I want to login, not create a new account. Are the two apps not compatible in Austria yet?

The two sites should link. What you need to do is log in to your MFP account and then go to their apps page and find the Fitbit app. Click on that and it will walk you through the linking process. In effect it wants your permission to link up to your Fitbit account so you will need to give it your Fitbit login information.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I tried both ways from MFP with Versa and
from Versa to MFP. I get the same message. But I will try again, maybe I
was overseeing something.

If  the message sent is connected to the email already exists, you probably are choosing the create account option and not the log in option.

Hi there,

Thank you for your help. I didnt choose to create account, I chose to log
in. That much I know mate,😄 I am not a rookie. MFP didnt recognize my
password on my android but it did on my computer. What I did next was,
change my password and then do the connection between the 2 apps. Now it
works. 😊
