Versa compatible with samsung A30

Wanting to buy samsung A30 dont see this device on list of compatible phones.  My versa is working perfectly with my old galaxy j model. Music notifications and all. Anybody know? Thks

Let me help you with your inquiry. The phone you wish to buy doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

• Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
• Restart your phone and restart your device.
• Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
• You can find additional suggestions here.

Still lets hope other members that may have that phone post here so we know what their experience is.

Thanks for imput. I just don't want to spend money on a new phone if it
does not work with my versa. Hope someone knows if it works or not. U think
fitbit ppl would check out the latest phones as a service to fitbit users.

Im waiting for news or feedback that fitbit can be used with samsung a30 before considering purchasing the versa fitbit. If anyone know pls reply. Thanks.

I am also waiting for this phone to be added to the compatibility list. I hv a versa and love it but dont want to update my old phone if my watch is not compatible. Would not trade my versa in for any other watch. Pls fitbit can u test this phone for your customers....
