Versa completely died after one short year of use!

My Versa completely died about 1 year 1 month of use.  I contacted customer service, tried all the fixes, its still dead.  was offered 25 percent discount on a new on or a 40 percent discount on a versa light, a cheaper made version, and only in a choice of two colors they probably cant unload. Not 40 percent on the type I had.   Why would i invest in a new one when the product which is pricey only lasted a year.  Fitbit does not care about its customers. I will tell anyone who asks to find a more reliable brand if they are thinking of purchasing an Fitbit product.

I got mine for Xmas 2018 and it now all of a sudden won’t charge, I’m hoping they will replace it!?
