I charged my versa to 100% last night and this morning at 9am it goes to a black screen. I held all 3 buttons down for 3 minutes like someone suggested and when I got home from work I put it on the charger and its still a black screen with nothing. We called customer support the guy saw where it died at 9:06 am and proceeds to tell us there is nothing they can do its dead. Of course the 1 year warranty expired in June so I have to pay for another watch. How convenient that the watch only lasts a month after warranty! What horrible service Fitbit has that 1 month after warranty expires they don't care about their customers. My husband and daughter both have a Fitbit also and we still get nothing. so mad and disappointed if this is how I'm treated I won't buy another Fitbit product again and will make sure anyone I know doesn't either.

Same thing happened to me today. Mine will not charge and is also completely black. Not impressed.
