Versa connected in Bluetooth but not listed device in Fitbit app

I had a charge 2 and blaze. Just added versa and then charge 3. Versa installed and connected fine and was listed as a device in the Fitbit app. Then I installed and set up charge 3. All 4 are connected in the settings/Bluetooth screen on iPhone 7. BUT, now the versa is not listed as a device in the Fitbit app. The other three are. How do I get all four devices to be listed in the Fitbit app?

That's correct @Ntbrown when you setup the Charge 3 the app wanted you that you had a Versa and it will be removed from your account.

The trackers will stay connected to the phones Bluetooth into the user manually removed them.

So I can’t have a charge3 and versa on the app at the same time? And I didn’t understand your second paragraph. Can you be more specific?  Thank you so much for your response.

As for my second paragraph, you said all your trackers are connected to the phones Bluetooth, I'm saying yes they will stay connected until you remove them.

As for the two trackers, it has been reported that if using the Win 10 computer app, you will be able to add both units and they continue to work with the phone.

Thanks again for your help. Windows 10 did not work. I just don't know how to think about this. I am angry that the company does not make it clear that you can't add a versa to your account if you have a charge 3. I wanted the charge 3 for the day and the versa for evenings. (As I did the charge 2 for the day and the blaze for the evening.) Is that unreasonable to expect? I have stock in this company and I will sell it if I don't get an answer from someone tomorrow when I attempt to call them. I do appreciate your help.
