Hi,
I have just got a Versa and I also have a Samsung S9+ (with Bluetooth 5). I have found connecting issues, especially on Bluetooth, Hit & Miss! I have downloaded MP3 songs from my PC to my watch. I also have a Bluetooth (5) headset (Anker Zolo Liberty+). I am having a job understanding how to have connected GPS, and also to get music though my Bluetooth headset simultaneously.
I know my S9+ phone supports "Dual Audio" which allows two Bluetooth device's to connect at the same time. However, just to get music to my headset from the phone or my Versa and also control tracks and volume is my hope! Do I ask to much?
Any help here would be very gratefully received.
Regards,
KeithK1

Hey @keithk1, a warm welcome to the Community.
Regarding the connectivity issue you are experiencing, I recommend checking our list of compatible devices, the full list of compatible phones with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If your device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with your Versa. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.
A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however, we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility. You can always click in the following links and follow the troubleshoot provided:
See you around.

Thankyou for your reply. I am using a new Android phone running Android 8 (Oreo). I am somewhat appalled by the many users who are having connection problems with the Vera. It would seem that the Versa connects ot not on a purely random basis! You so are asked to transfer music to the Versa - when you have selected the Versa to control music to your phone. So why transfer music in this case. I have got the Versa to control the music from my phone when I have got Bluetooth headphones attached. This was a nice surprise. But it is all hit or miss with the Versa. It may be a nice smartware one day. But at the moment it is all under development! KeithK1
