I have had my Versa for about a year now, and have had no issues until this past week. Normally I get about 3-4 days wear on the battery before I need to charge again.
Last week my versa started power cycling itself repeatedly, I would get an occasional error message that read "Clock error" and directed me to log into the Fitibit App to fix this. Then the watch would restart again. It did this so many times that it drained the battery completely. I would fully charge it, and it would be dead within a few hours.
It seems to work fine while its on the charger. I'm not getting errors or power cycling while its charging, only when its off charger being worn.
I've tried to do a reset, I've upgraded firmware and re-installed the app on my phone, reset the Bluetooth connection. Nothing seems to help.

Hello,
This is not an issue of just having a battery that doesnt last as long as Id like. The watch does back-to-back power cycles all day until the battery dies. I cannot keep it charged, and none of the functions of the device work while the device is restarting. I need a better solution than what youve suggested.

I faced the same issue and it was resolved after I restarted my versa.

My Versa is dead now 😭😭😭

I have already manually restarted my versa several times. It hasnt helped
