Versa continues to not sync and now won't last 24 hours on a charge

Over the past few months, my Fitbit Versa has had issues syncing. It continuously states it cannot find the tracker. From a previous message on this board, I factory reset it, updated the firmware and within a day or two it was syncing again. However, it is not always the case. Most times it goes 24 hours without automatically syncing and I have to restart everything (app, phone, fitbit).

 

Last week it could not sync for 4 days straight. I proceeded to do the usual restart, it took a while when it connected again but it eventually synced all missing data. However, ever since this, my fitbit cannot keep a charge. I charged it to 100% last night (about 11:00pm) and now at 11:40am the next morning it is at 22%. Before this 4 day issue I could go almost a week and a half.

 

Please advise on when these issues will be fixed.
