Three or 4 days ago, there was information in my Fitbit Android app, there was an update firmware for Versa. So I tried to update Versa. However, after couple hours or sostrying to update it, it failed. I gave up trying to update it. Last night, I was thinking maybe the tracker need to be factory reset. I tap the screen and then the tracker turn off. I thought it was a normal turn off and then tracker would turn on automatically. Having waited for 1 mins, the tracker still turn off, nothing happen in the screen. Tried to push left and right below button, sti cannot be turned on. Tried several possibilties, still cannot be turned on. I left it overnight, there was no signs of life. So it gets me frustrated. I never had experience to have a product which is very hard to update, and now cannot be turned on other than this Versa product.

@arivrh Try 3-button factory reset:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.

@Marrrmaduke thanks for the suggestion.
I tried your solution until my three fingers cannot hold it anymore. If I'm not mistaken, I count it until 250 counts, which is I believe more than 3 mins. But, still no avail. No signs of life.
Interestingly, in other times, when I hold 3 button, the battery indicated 0% and blink regularly. I assumed the battery is depleted and I charged it almost 2 hrs and then did your suggestion. But up until now, not working.
Maybe I will give up and set aside my tracker for now.

@arivrh I think at this point you need to contact Customer Support as you may need a replacement.
