Hello all,
My name is Beny, I’m from Sao Paulo Brazil and I’m using my fitbit since 01/05.
Up to now i couldn't enjoy fully of my Fitbit Versa because of many problems that i describe under here. Unfortunately the Fitbit isn't a Smart Watch (compared to apple) either a Sport watch such as Garmin.
1 Steps counting while driving/presenting/ taking subway.
All the time that i see the steps counting i have a different number, even (and most part of it not walking) driving/presenting. I have searched a lot here in forum and haven't found any response to this problem posted by Fitbit team or other expert user. The best answers to it are the "Drivebit" app, and the option to edit at fitbit dashboard.
2 App Quick Reply (even with 32.32.10.15 version).
I couldn’t find the way to solve this problem. I have the version that allows this option, even i found it the Fitbit Android APP, but i can’t use it in my versa.
Although, i really wanted to return the watch but unfortunately I’m from Brazil and i accepted the risks of buying a product in EUA and using here.
It’s so frustrating, and i know that my post will be deleted soon.

@Beny_Fink_BR Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your Versa up to this point. I would like to clarify some of your points so this could maybe improve for you.
Your Versa uses an 3 axis accelerometer to detect movement and will translate said movement to steps. There are instances in which external factor may cause vibrations or movement that your Versa will detect. This is the case when driving or using a metro. You can easily log a driving activity to negate these steps or use the third party app DriveBit if you wish.
Quick reply will require that you update your Versa and the Fitbit app. Also which phone do you use and is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and removing all devices listed there then restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Let me know how it goes!
