I appreciate you have taken the time to share your experience with your Versa. Tell me, when you mention the "versa cuts off", does that mean you're tracking and exercise and it suddenly ends? If so, please place your Versa a bit upper on your wrist as it's possible that when you bend your wrist, one of the buttons is getting pressed, pausing the exercise.
Now, when it comes to the calories burned, would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're mentioning? More details about the issue will be very helpful for me to check this further.
