About 3 times now I have turned my exercise mode on and started my workout. Ten minutes into the workout, I look and it is no longer in exercise mode. Has anybody else had this issue? I know it isn't due to lack of movement or heart rate because they've been pretty intense workouts.

About the issue you are experiencing with your Versa, are you verifying that your watch's screen isn't touching with a sleeve or something else? Since if it is, it can be paused by this. If it isn't, I recommend restarting your Versa by following the instructions provided in the How do I restart my Fitbit device? article.
