Versa days won’t update on watch

My days are not updating and changing with the day. The only way I can get it to the current day is to hold the right button and bottom left button at the same time and it will update to the current date. If I don’t it will stay on the day indefinitely.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for 48 hour and see if the issue gets fixed.
