I was having problems installing clock faces.
The recommended solution was a factory reset from the About- Factory Reset menu on the watch.
Since then its impossible to get it to start.
Have tried charging for hours and doing 2 button start and 3 button reset but it does not respond.
With the charger connected to the PC and the watch inserted in the charger, the PC detects the presence of the device for a few seconds then its presence is lost, and then refound and then lost, continually.
Is there anyway to revive the watch or should Fitbit send a replacement as their Factory Reset destroyed a perfectly working watch?

Hi, @Guy_ , in this case it is probably best to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com . They will talk you through your options.
