Versa dead after swim

"Swim Proof" I have used this many many times in the pool, ocean, etc. and never had an issue until yesterday when my Versa did not turn on after my workout in the pool. The reason I upgraded to the Versa was so I could swim in it. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and help I have received for this.

@sw0220 I am afraid at this point you have to contact Customer Support as you might require a replacement device. Here's the link to Customer Support page. 😞

@sw0220 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is no longer under warranty.
