Versa dead, wont charge but gets warm on charger

Please help, my fitbit versa is dead and everytime i try charger it,  it won't charge,  nothing comes on but fitbit is warm.

I have tried different charging outlets and i know work, still nothing. 

I have tried resetting fitbit, nothing works.  Please help and way forward. It was a birthday present only given to me in April 2019, was purchased in USA but i live in Zambia.
