Versa decided to turn off overnight & is won’t turn on!!!

I wear my Versa ALL day everyday. I went to sleep with it on, 80% battery life. I wake up the next morning & it’s a dark blank screen. I have tried holding down all 3 buttons for 1 min & tried the bottom and back button for a min. Put it on the charger for an hour & NOTHING. My watch is only 1 year old. This is ridiculous. I have had more problems with this, not recording my sleep or activity. Absolutely unacceptable. I take very good care of my watch and yet have had so many problems recently.

@Jamiej312, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa went blank and won't turn on. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life

Looking forward to your response.

Nothing happens when I put it on the charger. It’s been on the charger for 1 day, it’s black and does nothing
