Versa deletes all my notifications

When I have multiple notifications coming in at once and I check one of them on my versa and then clear it, I lose all the other notifications that I have not seen yet on my Versa. Anyone else having this issue? It wasn’t like that before on the previous firmware before the .15 one. I got a second versa which is on the .15 firmware. I have a Samsung.

Welcome to the Forums @Jayelo! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Versa. I appreciate that you are sharing the version your watch is. I'd like to know, how are you deleting your notifications?

Please notice that to delete 1 notification, you can tap the notification and select Clear. And, you can delete all notifications at once, by swiping to the top of your notifications and tap Clear All.

After I open the notification I just tap on the clear button.

Thanks for the update @Jayelo! This sounds odd. To make sure that your Versa is working correctly, restart it. 

If this happens again, please remove the notifications and add them again. You can follow the process here at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone in the  Refresh notifications section.

I just set up my fitbot versa but when I have text or emails coming in and I touch the open button, it deletes it without me hitting the clear button. Anyone else have this issue? So none of my messages are stored on there.
