I’ve just noticed during one of my late nights that my Versa goes off automatically trying to unlock my lock code. It does this and then it just disables my Fitbit before it tells me to unlock using my phone.
Now my dialpad is no longer working. My Versa has been replaced twice within a year. I don’t know what’s going on or if anyone else is having the same problems.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with the lock feature of your Fitbit Versa. I would recommend performing a restart of your watch by following the steps.
If this doesn't help, please change the device lock setting to Enabled and then go back to Enabled for Fitbit Pay. For more information, please visit this article.
