Just received my Fitbit Versa in the mail today. Attempted to set it up but about 50% through downloading process it ‘failed’ and now my versa screen is continually blinking the Fitbit logo. I can’t restart it or set it up as a new device on my app (the app can not ‘find’ it). What do I do??

@jachandl Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Which phone are you using and is it compatible? Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and delete all the devices listed there, restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
After this retry the setup process. Make sure you have a strong internet signal (wifi or mobile) and that the Versa is fully charged (plug it for a couple of hours).

Hi, thanks for the reply. I talked to customer service and they are sending me a new watch. It’s a defective one.
