Hey, I went on a 30 minutes bike ride today which was about 4 miles and my Fitbit says I did 0.4 km it also shows no calories burnt and isn't telling me how many minute so was in fat burn/cardio even though my heart rate was over 180 bpm. I started the bike ride from my watch.. what can I do to fix this.

Hey @Abbiejane, great to welcome you.

Did you notice if your watch was connected to your phone at the moment of biking? In order to track this exercise, you needed to connect your Versa with your phone's GPS. If the issues was with this connection, follow the instructions in the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?.

In the meantime, remember that you can always manually log your exercises.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
