I started a run on my Versa this morning and then another by accident shortly after the first one ended.
I've force stopped the app, toggled my Bluetooth, and shutdown and restarted my watch and it makes no difference. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Forums @Gez_d.
It's weird to hear that your Versa didn't record your exercise. I recommend restarting your watch by doing the following:
Also, remember that you can always delete the extra activity and manually log the one that wasn't recognized. After the restart, test your unit.
Let me know the outcome.

Hi there and thanks for your reply, but you've misunderstood the problem. My versa itself recorded 2 runs, which is correct.
The issue is that only one of those runs is synced to my app and desktop dashboard. Unfortunately it's the one I started by accident. I can still see both runs on my versa today.
I don't want to have to manually log the run - the whole point of having a versa is that it records the splits etc. Otherwise, I could just write down my exercise and save the cost of a fitbit.
Even though I've restarted Bluetooth, my phone, and the app today (after uninstalling and reinstalling the app) I still see both runs only on the watch - the app still isn't showing the deliberate one.
Help!
