Versa didn't registered my sleep stages last night

My Versa 2 has been tracking sleep perfectly every night. Suddenly today, it will not. I have synced it 3 times, turned off & restarted it, still no sleep data. ??

Hi there, @jnatkins1953. Welcome on board. Thanks for trying to solve this issue before reaching out.

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying what sleep data you're missing? Are you referring to sleep stages or the Sleep Restoration Heart Rate graph?

While I wait for your response, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? and please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date.

By the way, I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

Thanks for the repsonse, it was missing everything. The battery was OK, and I am not aware that I wore it differently than I usually do. On the bright side, it worked just fined when I wore it last night. So who knows what happened.

@jnatkins1953 I'm glad to hear that everything is working fine now.

We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Versa. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

Have a nice day.
