Versa didn't sync full amount of steps tracked

yesterday i reached 16000 steps and when i ync it today it only said 13 steps i theer anyth i cld do to fix it.

@djsjdj, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with our Fitbit Versa since it didn't sync all your steps to your Dashboard.

 

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
