Versa didn't sync total steps to challenge

I've just recently entered a challenge with friends. However on the challenge it says I only have 5,186 steps for the day but on my personal profile it says I've done 16,290 steps today. I've tried refreshing and syncing and it stays the same. What do I do?

@gracegilders, I'm sorry for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums.

 

Regarding the steps that didn't sync to the challenge that you joined, I would like to follow up on this issue. Does the issue persist or did the steps add to the challenge at the end of that day? Did the issue happen the following days? Finally, I would like to know if the challenge already finished.
