Versa didn't track floors

Hi, I have a new fitbit since friday. Bit the fitbit doesn’t register stages I make. This morning I stepped 3 Floors high, and I stil have 0 Floors. Any one van help?

Unfortunately, the Versa Lite doesn't track floors like the Versa. They left out the necessary sensor.

@Katrien78 welcome to our Fitbit Community! As my friend @SteveH mentioned, I'm afraid that the Versa Lite doesn't track floors.
