Versa didn't track my 6 mile walk this morning.  All I got was 1 mile.  Location was turned on the phone and it has the correct GPS mapping and the steps, but not the mileage.

Hi, reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the lelft and lower right key buttons togehter untill you see the Fitbit logoand release the keys. Sometimes you need to do that more than once.
