Hi,
My Fitbit Versa has been a God-send and have been working perfectly for the last 28 days. I noted last night it did not track my sleep, despite wearing the watch to bed. I tried rebooting both the device and my iPhone 8+, but none of these methods worked. I think it’s a software issue. Hope this can be resolved ASAP.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Venz! Thanks for restarting your Versa and your iPhone to solve the issue with your sleep data.
While reading your post I was wondering if your Versa tracked your sleep but not your sleep stages? If so, take into consideration the information provided in: Why don't I see sleep stages today?
If your device is still not registering your sleep after reviewing the information above, I recommend trying the following:

It might be a thing. My gf has been wearing mine to try and track her sleep the last few nights. There's clearly something wrong. I took my watch off when I got home(6pm). When my movie finished at 8:45, I swapped out the band for the smaller one and took it to her in her bedroom. Around 9:15 I gave the pets treats and pointed to the versa and reminded her to put it on. She put it on and I went to bed.
Sending her screen shots of the sleep tracking this morning she yelled at me that my stupid watch is obviously broken. I took a deeper look and it said she was in light sleep at 7:30pm-7:41pm, then deep sleep until being awake at 8:31PM-8:42PM to rem until 8:59PM with light sleep until 9:15PM(9:15 is when the watch was actually put on) then rem again until 9:47PM, awake until 10:05PM("after 10" is when she said she went to sleep), light until 10:59PM deep until 11:07PM, light until 12:09PM, then on and on.
The fact my versa thinks someone was in light sleep, deep sleep, rem, and light sleep while no one was even wearing the god **ahem**ed thing and then the minute the watch is put on the person is in rem? Goes to show there's a serious **ahem**ed issue.

Something not right is going on. There has to be a bug.
My activity log, has recorded the correct numbered information, however, it stopped showing the activity at noon yesterday. On the dashboard, my recent exercise shows my activity but is flat lined. The number of hours I did my 250 steps stopped at noon. Also, my sleep is not showing.

BTW it is the graphs not showing the activity.

Hi,
Yes I noticed this morning that my Fitbit had not tracked last nights sleep. I have sleep apnea so am very particular about noting my sleep patterns every morning. The battery is charged and the band is at just the right tightness. I have also tried manually syncing with the phone but no luck. Hoping the not tracking thing is a once off small glitch and not an ongoing issue. Is there a fix available if my fitbit does not track tonight's sleep?
