Versa didn't track sleep / discrepancies with active minutes and calories burned.

Today my Versa did not track my sleep at all (slept all night and took a nap today, since I work nights). I charged my Versa yesterday evening and put it on before bed. Also, I took a brisk hour long walk in my very hilly neighborhood today, as I try to do 5 days per week and usually my active minutes are tracked without problem. During my walk I checked my numbers and was at 47 active minutes. After syncing suddenly I'm at 12 minutes. I do this similar walk 5 days per week, with my HR varying between fat burning, cardio and peak levels (90-140) and that was true today.

Hello @JaiNicole thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and if you're still experiencing the same situation, please let us know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
