Thanks. Now to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement 🙄

I was having the same problem. 6 months old only. Why isn't there a way that they can send you the replacement and then you send yours in. They obviously can look up your watch and tell what is wrong with it. I use mine for medical reasons. Now I have to be without it for a couple days. You would think that paying $300 for a watch it would last longer 🙄

Same thing happened to mine. It started getting dark and within an hour, pixelated and then just died. Wont turn on. Mine was the grey. I opted to send it back for a refund (vs waiting for a replacement) and went to Best Buy and bough a new black one they had in stock. I think its ridiculous for something to die after 1.5 days of wear and then to have to wait so long for a replacement?? Frustrating to say the least.

I bought a Fitbit Versa that died after only 44 days of use. I tried returning it to Target but since it was past the 30 day window, I was not able to. Anyway, contacted Fitbit customer support and after doing all troubleshooting, they ended up sending me a return label to send it back to them. Anyway, it has been 3 weeks since I sent the Versa back and I haven’t got the replacement. At this point I wish I could get my money back (over $200) but they don’t do refunds.
