My versa just died and I put it on the charger for the whole day and it still isn’t charging or turning on . I’ve cleaned it as well and still doesn’t work. Please help what do I do ?

reach out to the help desk. They should be able to give you some assistant. Don’t try to take it apart. It might cause your warranty to be voided if you have one. You can always try the “rice in a bag” trick. When my very 1st Fitbit became waterlogged, it didn’t respond for days. Someone to me try rice. I put it in the rice for a day and I guess it sucked all of the moisture out. It my work for you as well **ahem** luck.

Hey thanks for the advice I might have to give that a try lol old trick in the books . I have reached out to them thru email so I’m hoping they reply and let me know what to do ... I’ve had it for less than a year I didn’t think it would go out so fast .. 😢

Don’t give up. I think it will work. Mine was completely water-logged. Good Luck!!! Let me know how it turns out. Don’t get discouraged. If one day doesn’t work try two. That’s how long it to mine smh.
