Versa died and won't charge. Cleaned contacts and tried restarting and nothing happens.

Fitbit Versa died.  I cleaned the contacts and tried restarting and nothing happens.

hi same issue but my duration is much short only 3 wks

first one lasted near 3wks got the replacement nearly after 3 wks now it worked only for a 3-4 wks

the screen goes black on charging it gets really heated up and wont get switched on
