Versa died and won’t turn on

I have had a Fitbit versa for only one year. Last week the watch face got s black line down the middle and by the time I left work it had died. The battery was at 30% before it went black. I put on the charger for over a week now and it still will not turn on or do anything? I tried holding the buttons down to reset but still nothing. App will not sync to it either? Very frustrated since I’ve barely owned this a year. I was previously a Pebble user until they were purchased by Fitbit, so far I’m not impressed!

Please explain what you did to fix your problem because I have the exact same problem. Battery went dead and cannot sync. Or do the factory update

Mine has done the exact same thing. About a month ago I started noticing glitches and the applications blinking randomly or shorting out. Then the battery ran low and I started charging it and it’s been dead ever since. I’m outraged that I bought this a year ago and it stopped working!! Very expensive product to just go dead like this.

My versa just died too!!

It was glitching after the new update and two hours ago it just turned off with >50% battery life.  I left it on the charger for 2hrs and tried to turn it back on.. no luck. Usually that's enough to charge the watch.

I read and tried resetting the watch by holding all three buttons for 15-30s and didn't work at all.

This watch was great, I wore it everyday. Now I'm sad without it.
