I got my versa less than a month ago, it has died, won't charge, won't turn on, I am extremely disappointed in fitbit. This is my 3rd fitbit watch and something always goes wrong! I am planning on getting a refund for this watch and going with a different watch! I spent over $200 for this watch, and it doesn't work. I've already tried re starting it, my phone, my Bluetooth, everything and the watch won't even turn on anymore! How upsetting!!

Exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday I’d had my versa for 3 hours! I’ve managed to get it working again by doing a factory reset so far so good but I’m really disappointed that this happened.

I am not impressed with fitbit at all anymore! Thinking about switching to the Samsung smart watch! Fitbit hasn't been good for me. I've been through 3 different fitbits and they've all given me problems, I've had enough!

I am on my 3rd Versa in 6 months and now my notifications aren't coming through. 1st one wouldn't charge, 2nd one just up and died after 2 months. Now the 3rd is having the notification issue. I doubt I will get another one. I will just switch, I don't have time for this. It is basically just an expensive watch that shows my steps!
