My original Versa was from Christmas 2018, it died July 2019. Customer service sent me a new one...that one died July 2020, didn't last even one year! Fitbit will not warranty a device that was already replaced even though it didn't last ONE YEAR! I can now buy a new device for 25% off! These products do not last; I can't recommended buying these devices with their quality problems.

Hi @GregorPS the warranty terms state that any replacement devices have the remaining portion of the original warranty. You don't get a new warranty when it's been replaced. Click to read the terms of the warranty.

Same thing basically happened to me. So frustrating and disappointing.
