What the **ahem**? I trusted your company and bought a versa while i was in China, less than 7 months it stops working and this is your support? Thanks for understanding my **ahem**. Thats bull**ahem** and leck of respect with costumer

My Versa died at the 1 year anniversary. I contacted the company and was promised a new watch. When it didn't show up I contacted them again and again and then was told they could help. Terrible customer service. Fitbit is a good product when it works but don't expect the company to back up their product.
