Versa died not responding anymore

My fit bit just stopped working in the middle of the night, and I have charged it over and over again and my screen stays black.  No lights on in the back.  I haven’t had it more then a month 😞 I loved this versa. This sucks

I am checking everyday!! I just keep receiving the same message, "some one
will contact you shortly" nothing since three days ago. All I received was
the instructions to reset versa which, I keep trying but, nothing!!😴

@SunsetRunner Perhaps you could give them a call to update them on all the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far?

So they don't ask you to perform things repeatedly that you have already tried. (877) 623-4997

This just happened to me. Tried doing the factory reset and nothing happened. I’m really upset because I love this Fitbit and it’s really been helping me. I don’t like that it just suddenly stopped working.

I called them and they tried several things and nothing brought it back to life. They replaced mine. I did get mine from the Fitbit Shop. Call them and see what they can do. Expect to be on the phone for awhile.

I am sorry it happens to you. But I justo called customer service and they
were very nice and helpful and it didn't take long. They already send me a
replacement. I can't wait to put it on again. You should try and see what
happens. Have a nice day🤗

Hi,

I have also run into the same issue where the screen went dark, and no luck with the steps provided to fix it.  loved this watch.

Any other ideas?
