Versa died now lots of issues

Hey, so last week my fitbit went completely flat which is fine, no biggie. I put it on charge as soon as I could but since then it's not been syncing with my phone properly. It says there is an issue with bluetooth which shouldn't be true because my bluetooth headphones connect fine. I thought I solved that issue by restarting my phone completely (restarting just bluetooth wasnt working) however it keeps doing it. Not only that but it's now losing battery much faster, the time slows down (ie right now my phone is telling me the correct time of 7:39am whereas fitbit is saying 7:23am), sometimes it will notify me of messages etc other times it won't. It's only 6 months old so I don't understand why this is happening. I haven't mistreated it in any way, shape or form. Please help.

Hi, have you already tried to restart your Versa several times in a row? If yes, than there are two other options:

1. Contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test. 

2. Perform a Factory reset by pressing and holding all three buttons at once untill you feel a strong vibration (might take 15 secs) and release only the right lower button. Mind though that you have to setup your Versa all over again as it is returned to the state before it left the Factory.

Hey so, I've done the factory reset but now it's not updating... its connected via bluetooth and wifi. Both my phone and fitbit are on charge so I have no idea what's going on.
