Versa died under warranty and Fitbit not responding to my emails / messages

You might do better to call or web chat them - their email response time is currently 2 days. You can get these options via contact.fitbit.com I've found the web chat service works well

 

Note that customer support do not monitor these pages so you won't get an answer to your question here

Thank-you for the advice. I’ve tried ringing but unable to ring them from my mobile as currently in Spain. I can usually get through when in the UK. The web chat has not been able to help either. They just say they have emailed the Warehouse and not sure when my Fitbit will be despatched. I emailed them on Monday and no has responded to my email. Overall a very poor service from Fitbit customer service. Surely the longer you leave a customer without a product they start to look at other activity watch options. I doubt I will purchase a Fitbit again.
