My Versa is showing 100%battery fully charged and then I remove it from the charge and the screen goes black and the shows 0% battery. It does not stay on long enough for me to do a hard restart. Also it is no longer showing the green light to track my heart rate.

Since the restart you tried performing hasn't worked, please try the following steps:
If the restart doesn't work and your watch has not vibrated when you connected it to the charger, try these steps:
If the above doesn't make any change on your watch's behavior, I recommend doing a factory reset. Before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account, then follow the steps below:
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
