Versa dies when battery not dead.

My Versa has started acting strange.of late.  It acts just like battery is dead.  I can put it on the charger and it will be like 60 or 70 % charged.  The app never agrees with the watch battery meter.  And it syncs all day.   So I charge it and it works for hours or days but the battery meter on the app is never correct.  I liked it until this started.

@DKEastport, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the battery meter of your Fitbit app doesn't match your Versa's battery level. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.

Your Fitbit app displays the battery level that your Versa had when it synced for the last time. This is the reason why it doesn't show the actual battery level unless you sync it constantly.

If this is not the case, please provide more details. If possible, provide some pictures of your Versa's battery level and your Fitbit app so we can assist you accordingly.

In the meantime, I'd like to share this help article which explains how to check the battery level on your Fitbit device.

Keep me posted..

I will post when it does it again. Not sure how I can take a pic when it does it though because the FITBIT goes dead completely. I have to put it in the charger to see the battery percent and it is usually 60-80% and you know how quickly it flashes on the screen. The only way I can get it revived after it does this is put it on the charger. I have been charging it everyday and so far it has not done it again.
