Versa dies when off charger

Hey there, 

 

my Versa started acting weird during the night. It turned off and it cannot be turned on ever since. The battery was 60+% when this happened. 

Trying to charge it, it's responsive while on the charger, but does not display the clockface and when I unplug it, it just simply dies. Cannot even do a reset with it, I've tried it several times so far. 

 

Please help!

Sorry to say I am one of those who is also having the same issue with no solutions. With only a 25% discount offered on a $200 product Iv had only 3 years (right over warranty) I guess it’s time to bite the bullet and switch to Applewatch since Fitbit products are no longer up to par.
