I bout my versa 2 weeks ago. Two days ago I put it to charge as usual, but yesterday I noticed the screen was dead and the senior light behind wasn't working.
If put it to charge and it comes alive with the incorrect time and activity count at 0, but the instant I take it out of the charger, it's dead again. I've tried restarting, but that does nothing.
I tried unpairing it from my app and then pairing it again, but now it won't even be detected by my app.
This is my second attempt at Fitbit, and I returned the first one because it wasn't working either.
