Versa disabled after prolonged down and factory reset

After unused for 120 days, date/time were wrong once charged. Did factory reset. Now cannot get past screen scrolling to download app, in multiple languages. Tried several suggestions from community. No luck.

Hi @SummerLeigh - if you factory reset your watch you need to set it up like a new watch and use replace the existing one.

You may need to remove any Bluetooth entries for before starting the setup.
